About the Role

Lake Ridge Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Personal Banker. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Nurture Customer Relationships: Build trust and rapport with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Provide Premier Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sell Deposit and Consumer Loan Products: Utilize effective sales skills to promote and sell deposit and consumer loan products to customers.
  • Process Transactions: Process transactions such as cashing checks, account withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments while maintaining a cash drawer.
  • Follow Through with Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers and new accounts.
  • Promote Positive Relations: Maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts, customers, and potential customers.
  • Meet Established Benchmarks: Meet individual, office, and department benchmarks for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in Sales and Staff Meetings: Actively participate in sales, office, and staff meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of customer information at all times.
  • Participate in Community Involvement: Participate in community involvement and bank activities to promote the company's image and values.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree or Equivalent: Possess an associates degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in a customer services/sales environment.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact and communicate with a diverse group of clients.
  • Demonstrated Problem-Solving Skills: Show demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to make good decisions.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Possess flexibility and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
  • Professional Representation: Represent the organization in a professional, positive manner.
  • Proven Sales Ability: Demonstrate proven sales ability to meet sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
