Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:
    • Drive store sales growth by achieving sales goals and implementing effective sales strategies.
    • Supervise the Clienteling programs, CRM, and customer initiatives to enhance customer experience.
    • Ensure maximal presence on the Sales Floor and plan marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
    • Identify new business development opportunities and implement strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Staff Management:
    • Effectively communicate store sales performance and corporate directives to staff.
    • Recruit and hire Sales Consultants according to HR guidelines.
    • Develop team members through ongoing and annual appraisal, evaluating and monitoring individual monthly sales goals, KPIs, operations, and customer service.
    • Discipline staff in accordance with company policies and employee handbook.
    • Monitor compliance with company dress code standards.
  • Operations:
    • Ensure sustainable use of all processes, guidelines (operations, HR issues, financial issues, health and safety) as set by the company or federal, state, or local law.
    • Assist management with the supervision of planning staff scheduling and attendance.
    • Execute an excellent complaint management program according to company and regional guidelines.
    • Execute stock control and filing of stock data to minimize stock losses.
    • Support the retail team in building the right assortment for the boutique.
    • Cash Handling: ensure money taken balances with information given by the POS system on a daily basis, and justify and correct any discrepancy.
    • Enforce LP guidelines.
    • Supervise semi-annual inventory and rectify any discrepancies.
    • Assist management with the monitoring of supply levels and respect order guidelines.
    • Open & closing key holding responsibilities.
    • Maintain company standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Presentation:
    • Ensure execution of excellent visual merchandising according to company guidelines.
    • Maintain sales floor, fixtures, products, packaging, and back stock areas to company standards.
    • Monitor all store equipment regularly to ensure safety.
