About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to join our team at Dal-Tile, a leading manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including waiting on customers, assisting with order requirements, and answering inquiries.
  • Perform various office administration duties, such as processing payments, reconciling DSRs, and preparing performance reports.
  • Enter customer orders, create plant/RDC orders, and complete stock replenishment orders.
  • Waits on customers and prepares sales slips.
  • Produces daily sales reports.
  • Perform a variety of warehouse duties, including pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders, and conducting inventory stock checks.
  • Operate crane forklift equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, and general office maintenance.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules and reporting accidents or unsafe conditions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
  • Crane Forklift Experience.
