Customer Care Representative

Lennar is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as a Customer Care Representative. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing homeowner concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of homeowner concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Lennar's products and services to effectively address homeowner inquiries.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex homeowner issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work closely with the construction team to ensure timely completion of warranty repairs and address any concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service or construction experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with homeowners, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management tools.
