Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of customer service support tasks, analyzing abnormalities and determining the best course of action to resolve issues.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with clients, promoting customer loyalty through prompt and accurate service.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field is an asset.
