Job Summary:
As a skilled Customer Service Representative at Ampcus, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt and accurate service to resolve inquiries and promote customer loyalty. Your role will involve interacting with customers, sales, and service representatives to handle pre-sales or post-sales service functions, analyzing abnormalities, and determining the best approach to solve issues. With a focus on delivering excellent customer service, you will ensure fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers, sales, and service representatives to handle pre-sales or post-sales service functions
• Analyze abnormalities and determine the best approach to solve issues
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordination with other departments
• Build and maintain business relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty
• Provide prompt and accurate service to resolve inquiries

Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role
• High school/Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Certification if applicable
