As a 401(k) Client Services Team Lead within our Retirement Services division, you will utilize your leadership and project management skills to support the Team Manager in guiding daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.Our interactions are grounded in our CORE values:Insightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, and Social Responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily team activities to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards and aligning with overall objectives.
- Act as a resource for team members, leveraging your comprehensive understanding of team responsibilities and individual development needs.
- Monitor client interactions using quality assurance systems to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
- Oversee adherence to standard operational workflows and provide training and mentorship to team members, identifying areas for further development.
- Track productivity and performance metrics to ensure established targets are met, particularly during peak periods.
- Serve as an acting backup to the Team Manager, offering guidance and support in their absence.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance client service delivery.
- Analyze team performance data and prepare reports for leadership review.
- Engage in strategic initiatives and collaborative projects with other business units as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Required experience in Retirement Services.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Preference for candidates with in-depth knowledge of ADP's 401(k) processes and technology.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels.
- Excellent collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
- Capacity to maintain effective working relationships with management and team members.
- Ability to assess team performance and provide motivational support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with various operating systems.
- Relevant certifications such as CPP or FPC are advantageous.
