Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Appstar. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building relationships with small businesses and entrepreneurs, helping them achieve their goals through our personalized technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate outbound calls to schedule appointments with our outside sales representatives.
- Make calls to potential clients using our calling platform, leveraging resources provided by the company.
- Ensure submitted appointments meet confirmation guidelines.
- Meet all daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Communicate professionally to our potential customers regarding our products and organization.
- Maintain a balance between new relationships and resetting contacts.
- Be receptive to training and coaching for continued development and success.
- Be present, motivated and available to work as scheduled.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Call Center experience.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Great communication skills, friendly personable attitude.
- Professional manner.
- $19.25/hr base + weekly/monthly bonuses + spiffs.
