- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, including marketing and product development
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or sales development roles
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
