Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with C-level candidates, utilizing our CRM to maintain sales pipelines, and creating forecasts that meet and exceed regional sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with C-level candidates to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Utilize our CRM to maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales goals.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate selling efforts and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Partner with field management to determine opportunities for market penetration.
- Provide recommendations to Regional Executives on opportunities to maximize sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience in solution selling or relationship selling to high-level clients.
- 5+ years of successful experience in inside phone sales or consulting.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM tool.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Savviness with social media tactics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to meet personal and team financial goals.
- Personal Integrity & Character.
- Self-disciplined, Sense of Urgency – A Doer.
- Ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented.
- Ability to travel in the region 1x per quarter.
What We Offer
Vistage Worldwide offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $66,000 - $107,000, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including fully-paid healthcare, access to company-subsidized dental, vision, and life insurance, and a generous 401(k) matching program.
