Job Summary

Pediatric Home Service is a leading provider of home health care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to medically complex children and their families. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients, families, and caregivers with supply and service requests, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims.
  • Manage patient records, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate services with clinical staff and referral sources, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high-quality care.
  • Perform other tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High level of initiative, combined with a customer service mentality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
