Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient scheduling and appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Interpret and coordinate physicians' orders, scheduling diagnostic tests, procedures, and treatments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic, financial, and insurance information.
- Collect co-payments and process patient accounts in a timely and secure manner.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors, adhering to universal precautions and principles of asepsis.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of our patient services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; three years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
