**Job Summary**

At Moravian University, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our faculty and staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to twenty-two full-time faculty members and three staff members.
  • Assist with program coordination, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and Adjunct Faculty to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
