Technical Service Desk Technician

Job DescriptionIn this role, you will provide technical assistance to clients remotely and on-site. You will troubleshoot tickets in varying tier levels, engage in escalation when necessary, and deliver assistance to end users in realms ranging from Microsoft 365 to cloud infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and understand service requests from clients
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot tickets in varying tier levels, escalating when necessary
- Deliver assistance to end users in realms ranging from Microsoft 365 to cloud infrastructures
- Keep accurate documentation and execute Enable procedures within service
- Collaborate with other teammates to resolve client issues
- Proven ability to provide technical world-class service to clients and team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized and strong time management skills
- Self-driven and able to work with little supervision
- Ability to work and collaborate as part of a team
- Proven ability to follow processes and document issues/resolutions accordingly
- Working knowledge of electronic ticketing systems
- Working knowledge of current Windows OS
- Current experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications
