Job Description

In this role, you will provide technical assistance to clients remotely and on-site. You will troubleshoot tickets in varying tier levels, engage in escalation when necessary, and deliver assistance to end users in realms ranging from Microsoft 365 to cloud infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Answer phone calls and understand service requests from clients
  2. Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat
  3. Troubleshoot tickets in varying tier levels, escalating when necessary
  4. Deliver assistance to end users in realms ranging from Microsoft 365 to cloud infrastructures
  5. Keep accurate documentation and execute Enable procedures within service
  6. Collaborate with other teammates to resolve client issues
Requirements
  • Proven ability to provide technical world-class service to clients and team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized and strong time management skills
  • Self-driven and able to work with little supervision
  • Ability to work and collaborate as part of a team
  • Proven ability to follow processes and document issues/resolutions accordingly
  • Working knowledge of electronic ticketing systems
  • Working knowledge of current Windows OS
  • Current experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications
