Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate for this Service Desk Expert position at Branch 41 in Dallas, TX, will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

Key Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Provide detailed information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their requests.
  • Conduct outbound calls to gather customer feedback and promote new services.
  • Process cash transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining detailed records.
  • Update customer data in the database with precision and attention to detail.
  • Analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions or escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience with QuickBooks is essential.
  • Prior experience in customer service or client services is highly valued.
  • Multilingual abilities are an asset for communicating with diverse clients.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Proficient in data entry with excellent typing skills.
  • Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions.
  • Cash handling experience is beneficial for managing transactions effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for customer interaction.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to outstanding service.

Estimated Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (approximately $35,000 - $39,200 per year)

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, day shift, Monday to Friday
