The ideal candidate for this Service Desk Expert position at Branch 41 in Dallas, TX, will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.
Key Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Provide detailed information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their requests.
- Conduct outbound calls to gather customer feedback and promote new services.
- Process cash transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining detailed records.
- Update customer data in the database with precision and attention to detail.
- Analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions or escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks is essential.
- Prior experience in customer service or client services is highly valued.
- Multilingual abilities are an asset for communicating with diverse clients.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
- Proficient in data entry with excellent typing skills.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions.
- Cash handling experience is beneficial for managing transactions effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for customer interaction.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to outstanding service.
Estimated Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (approximately $35,000 - $39,200 per year)
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, day shift, Monday to Friday
