About the Job:

At MCI Careers, we are seeking a Service Desk Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

About the Position:

As a Service Desk Professional, you will work in a fast-paced environment, handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of client concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service through various communication channels
  • Resolves client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Meets or exceeds performance metrics and targets
  • Stays up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
