Hotel Front Desk Customer Service Representative Job Description:

R&R Management Services Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Hotel Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year

This role involves registering guests, assigning rooms, confirming reservations, and responding to guest needs and concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests
  • Operate the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
  • Manage guest relationships, resolving issues and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and special requests
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a hospitality setting
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
