Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales quotas
- Build and maintain a customer base through cold calling and relationship-building
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on OEC Group's products and services
- Offer solutions to clients through our range of logistics services, including ocean, air, warehousing, and customs brokerage
- Utilize CRM software to track client information and measure key performance indicators
- 5-10 years of experience in freight forwarding business development or outside sales
- Possesses a book of business in international ocean, air, and/or customs brokerage
- Demonstrated hunter mentality to continuously bring in new business opportunities
- Competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000 annually based on experience and education level
- Uncapped commission structure
- $800 monthly car allowance
- Company cell phone and laptop
- Expense account
- Full benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, and 401K plan
