About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our team at Graham. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for coordinating communications across cross-organizational units, creating and delivering content through various channels, and developing and executing communication plans and style guides.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communications within cross-organizational units
  • Create and deliver content via PowerPoint presentations, memos, email, blogs, social media, brochures, newsletters, and other publications
  • Develop and execute communication plans and style guides
  • Review communications from technical subject matter experts and provide graphic visualizations
Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly and personable with excellent telephone etiquette
  • Skill in greeting and interacting with people in a courteous and tactful manner
  • Skill in operating computers and printers to produce a wide range of documents
