Job Title: Federal Staffing Account/Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Federal Staffing Account/Sales Manager to join our team at TECHEAD. As a key member of our Federal team, you will be responsible for driving growth and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Prospecting and Partnering: Collaborate with potential clients to secure open requisitions and teaming agreements for federal contracts.
  • Client and Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with federal clients and partners, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Strategize and execute business development efforts to meet revenue targets, utilizing tools such as GovWin and Bloomberg to track and prioritize federal opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Partner with internal and external teams to support business growth initiatives and align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Industry Engagement and Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and federal procurement policies, attending industry events and participating in networking activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in federal business development, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, including security clearances, cage codes, and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior executives and federal agency personnel.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
