Hotel Equities, a leading hospitality management company, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans to maximize hotel profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase hotel amenities and services
- Manage customer database and develop contracts
- Monitor sales activity and performance, and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hotel sales experience
- Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt sales processes and systems
- Proficient in Hilton Brand sales software
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
