Job Summary:

Hotel Equities, a leading hospitality management company, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans to maximize hotel profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase hotel amenities and services
  • Manage customer database and develop contracts
  • Monitor sales activity and performance, and provide regular reports to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hotel sales experience
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt sales processes and systems
  • Proficient in Hilton Brand sales software
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
