About the Role

ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Field Account Executive to join our team in California. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our innovative AI-enhanced technology to customers in the state and local government agencies.

You will develop relationships with C-suite personas, oversee client relationship mapping, and be a trusted advisor to your customers. Your expertise in SLG/SLED sales and ability to understand the bigger picture will be essential in driving sales growth and achieving targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with C-suite personas and oversee client relationship mapping
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap
  • Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal, at the right time
  • Produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model
Requirements
  • 10+ years of SLG/SLED sales experience in California, within software or solutions sales organization
  • Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
  • Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships
  • Ability to understand the bigger picture and our plans around IT
  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a win-as-a-team environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Must live in Los Angeles Metro
