Venatore is committed to delivering comprehensive IT solutions that support mission-critical operations. We are seeking an experienced MECM Systems Administrator to enhance our Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services.

This role is pivotal in supporting the transition to a Zero Trust Architecture, in alignment with industry standards and government directives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee systems administration, operations, and maintenance of platforms across the enterprise.
  • Ensure service delivery meets established performance metrics and act as the service owner for solutions.
  • Utilize MECM for deploying security patches, updates, and hotfixes to workstations and servers.
  • Manage software delivery through MECM, employing various methodologies including targeted deployments.
  • Administer MECM client health and ensure optimal performance.
  • Leverage PowerShell for custom reporting and advanced technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans for software installations and upgrades.
  • Monitor systems to ensure peak performance and data integrity.
  • Lead data recovery efforts through systematic backup and archiving processes.
  • Conduct audits of systems to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
  • Formulate performance and security strategies tailored to user needs.
  • Evaluate existing systems and propose long-term improvements.
  • Apply security principles under the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement changes following established processes.
  • Resolve Tier 3 hardware and software issues, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
  • Recommend technical solutions for enterprise infrastructure management.
  • Create training materials on hardware and software usage.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Experience and Training:

Desired:

  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT teams in diverse locations.
  • Strong technical proficiency in MECM, including device and application management.
  • Experience with scripting languages, particularly PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with deployment, patch management, and system imaging.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in MECM technologies.

Education:

Required:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience with 5+ years in a relevant field.

Certification(s):

Required:

DoD 8570 compliant:
o IAT Level II or III Baseline Certification.

o Computing Environment (CE) Certificate.

Certification(s):

  • Microsoft Administrator Certification (MCSA, MCSE, etc.).
  • IT Service Management Certification (ITIL v4).

  • Must possess a fully adjudicated Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
