Job Summary:
The Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at Florida International University is seeking an Exam Proctor to provide administrative support for assessments. The successful candidate will serve as an administrator during specific examinations, preparing and distributing exam-related materials, maintaining records of student attendance, and utilizing software systems to provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as an administrator during specific examinations for students within the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.
- Prepares and distributes exam-related materials prior to the test administration.
- Maintains proper records of student attendance upon arrival and departure from the exam area.
- Continuously observes students during examinations.
- Responds to student requests and resolves inquiries or issues as needed.
- Utilizes software systems to provide administrative support for assessments.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Office or related experience providing administrative support or coordinating functions of an office or department.
Work Schedule:
ON CALL - approximately 15 hours per week.
Compensation:
$15.00/hour.
