Job Title: Land Management and Program Coordination Specialist
Location: Hanford Nuclear Site in Richland, WA; U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Offices

Schedule: Onsite; telework eligibility at DOE discretion after the first 30 days

Compensation: $76, $93,015.00, depending on education, experience, and background

Positions: 2 Full-Time

Scope of Work:

  • Facilitate the coordination of tribal and land management initiatives
  • Monitor action items from meetings
  • Review and draft responses to correspondence
  • Coordinate contributions for land-use planning
  • Assist in the development of project documentation
  • Conduct research and technical writing
  • Organize meetings and manage schedules
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to management systems

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years of pertinent work experience
  • 4-year degree in a relevant discipline
  • Strong technical writing capabilities
  • U.S. citizenship

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with federal regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of the Hanford Site mission
  • Experience in process optimization and automation
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and evaluative abilities
