Position Overview:

  • Engage with records custodians and managers to enhance the Records Management Program.
  • Assist in developing strategies for efficient records lifecycle management.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance and quality in records management practices.
  • Review and classify information according to established guidelines.
  • Manage incoming records and oversee work assignments within collaborative platforms.
  • Recommend improvements to policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Generate reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of the Records Management Lifecycle.
  • Proficient in various software applications related to records management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and contractors.
Special Requirements:
