Education and Experience:
A high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of the Records Management Lifecycle.
- Proficient in various software applications related to records management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and contractors.
