- Assist in developing strategies for effective records lifecycle management.
- Conduct audits to maintain high standards of record quality and compliance.
- Review documentation to determine classification and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Facilitate the preparation, approval, and distribution of various documents and records.
- Monitor workflows and manage incoming records efficiently.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and policy changes.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of the Records Management Lifecycle.
- Familiarity with federal regulations, particularly NARA requirements.
- Proficient in various software applications related to records management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and organizations.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must possess compliant documentation for access to federal sites.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
