Responsibilities

The Outside Sales Account Executive will be responsible for developing and building relationships with clients in the multi-family industry. This will involve communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to provide flooring solutions that create best value, and executing innovative sales strategies to drive attainment of sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, knowledge of the Multi-Family Industry, and excellent communication skills. They will work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, managing inventory, providing quotes, and addressing client needs.

A competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential is offered, along with health and dental options, paid time off, holidays, and sick leave. The position also includes a retirement plan with employer match beginning day one and vehicle reimbursement allotment.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
