Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager/ Sales professional to join our team as a key contributor in driving sales revenue and expanding our client base.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with commercial clients and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.

This is a challenging opportunity for a results-driven individual who is self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and develop leads through cold calling, telemarketing, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide customized pest control solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close contracts.
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide ongoing support and follow-up.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or pest control industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-territory management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
