Key Responsibilities- Collect and verify patient demographic data, insurance information, and financial liability
- Ensure accurate and timely registration of patients, including obtaining necessary signatures and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
