Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the storage sector, specifically with SSDs, HDDs, or related technologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in SSD firmware validation, Flash translation layers, and testing of NAND features.
  • Proficient in Python programming with a strong background in software development.
  • Familiarity with storage interfaces such as PCIe/NVMe, SATA, or SAS is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of NAND flash and non-volatile storage technologies.
  • Experience with MFND, FDP, and ZNS storage protocols is preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring junior engineers and technicians.
  • Expertise in scripting languages, programming tools, and UNIX/Linux environments.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team while managing multiple priorities.

The estimated salary range for this full-time position at Micron Technology is:

$122,000.00 - $207,000.00

Our salary ranges are based on role, level, and location. The range provided reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires across all US locations. Individual compensation is determined by work location and other job-related factors, including experience, skills, and education. This pay scale is subject to change based on business needs.
