Company Overview

Be Well LLC, operating as Restore Hyper Wellness, is on the lookout for a dedicated Operations Manager who is reliable, ambitious, and passionate about business growth and sales. In this pivotal role, you will help foster and uphold the Restore culture while building a high-performing team, guiding them towards success. Position Type

This is a full-time salaried position, requiring 40+ hours per week.

A Day in the Life:

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members and staff.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive communication, understanding members' needs.
  • Engage with clients and prospects via various communication channels to promote Restore and our offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses for collaboration and ongoing engagement.
  • Analyze Business Intelligence (KPIs) to identify trends and implement solutions for store growth.
  • Participate in corporate training sessions to enhance business performance.
  • Exercise independent judgment to adhere to Restore's guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and interview potential high-performing candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
  • Inspire and develop the team through education and motivation.
  • Audit payroll information during each pay cycle.

Personal Attributes:

  • Must possess a valid ID.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of progressive management experience preferred.
  • Experience in Retail/Franchise Management is preferred.
  • Physical requirements may vary; generally, the role involves lifting 2 to 20 pounds unassisted and frequent movement.
