The Millennium Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping and Receiving: Oversee all aspects of shipping and receiving, including receiving, reviewing, and documenting packages, preparing and delivering shipments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prioritization and Handling: Ensure priority handling of all incoming packages and messenger services, and properly create FedEx labels for domestic and international shipments.
- Mail and Courier Distribution: Physically distribute mail and courier packages to and from various departments throughout the campus or buildings.
- Copy Services Production: Assist with copy services production, including operating and maintaining moderate volume reprographic and finishing projects, reviewing client requirements, and performing copying, printing, and finishing of digital print.
- Customer Service: Maintain quality customer service by providing friendly and responsive processing and distribution of mail, packages, and print services projects.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Collect data weekly and prepare monthly reports.
- Payroll and Time Management: Approve payroll weekly and monitor time and project load to avoid overtime where possible.
- Training and Development: Will cross-train on other tasks within the office services team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in office services/operations management, with proven, progressive management experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and Teams.
- Working knowledge of Adobe software products.
- Must be adaptable to a dynamic environment and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to learn new skills quickly.
- Flexible and able to juggle multiple and at times competing priorities.
- Is personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional.
- Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Able to remain diplomatic in stressful situations, team-oriented, and has the capacity to build strong working relationships both within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Exhibits superior verbal, written, and customer service skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality while working with highly sensitive materials.
- Able to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift or move 50lbs. or greater at times.
