Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Expert to join our team at The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village. As a Guest Service Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Marriott's high standards of quality and safety.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible service to our guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
