Commercial Lines Insurance Processor

Crest Insurance Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Processor to manage our portfolio of commercial clients. This role presents a unique opportunity to advance your career within a rapidly expanding insurance brokerage. We proudly serve clients across all 50 states.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Skilled in navigating various insurance carrier websites for processing and client inquiries
- Active Resident Property & Casualty license is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Applied EPIC or CSR24 is advantageous
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for customer service in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work independently while fostering positive relationships within a team
Core Responsibilities:
- Process change requests and communicate with carriers to implement policy modifications, issue certificates, and other essential insurance documents
- Follow up with carriers for necessary documents, including policies and endorsements
- Request and review Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs)
- Obtain Loss Runs from carriers or through their respective websites
- Verify client information and accurately enter data into the Agency Management system
- Handle certificate requests in CSR24, including both individual and renewal requests
- Review and process new and renewal policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timely correspondence
- Adhere to established processing procedures to enhance workflow efficiency
- Respond promptly to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to build the necessary skills and insurance knowledge for assigned tasks
- Maintain compliance with agency standards and best practices in all correspondence and documentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned
