Position Overview:
Comprehensive account management duties for a portfolio of commercial lines risks.
Generalist Book.
The agency typically handles small to lower-middle-market commercial property and casualty risks across various lines and industry sectors.
Main markets include Travelers, Chubb, Liberty Mutual, The Hartford, and CNA.
Utilization of AMS 360.
Key Opportunities:
To quickly become a vital member of the organization.
To collaborate closely with the founder.
To significantly influence the growth and evolution of the agency's client servicing functions – your ideas are welcome.

Desired Qualifications:
A minimum of a few years' experience (ideally 5+) managing a portfolio of commercial lines property and casualty risks of similar size and scope within a retail insurance agency.
A strong level of confidence and expertise to provide immediate value.
The maturity and independence necessary to work remotely full-time.
A genuine interest in being part of a young, growing organization with ample potential for future development.
While we don’t expect you to share the founder's passion for business growth, we are looking for someone who brings positive energy to the team daily.
You should desire to work in an environment that values your thoughts and ideas on enhancing business operations.
