Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Skilled in navigating various insurance carrier websites for processing and customer service inquiries
  • Active Resident Property & Casualty license required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Applied EPIC or CSR24 is advantageous

Key Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for customer service in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to work independently while fostering positive relationships in a team-oriented setting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and submit change requests to carriers for policy modifications, issue certificates, and manage all related insurance documentation
  • Follow up with carriers for necessary documents, including policies and endorsements
  • Order and review Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs)
  • Request Loss Runs from carriers or retrieve them from relevant carrier websites
  • Verify client schedules and accurately enter information into the Agency Management system
  • Process certificate requests through CSR24, including both individual and renewal requests
  • Review and process new and renewal policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and other related documents for accuracy
  • Adhere to established processing procedures to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to develop necessary skills and insurance knowledge
  • Maintain compliance with agency standards and best practices for processing and customer correspondence
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
