Position Overview:

The Senior Vice President of Program Management will oversee the strategic initiatives of the Capital Planning Review Team within the Finance Chief Risk Office (FinCRO). This role is pivotal in ensuring robust risk management practices across capital, liquidity, interest rate risk, and treasury investments while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the comprehensive management of CPRT's large-scale projects, developing integrated program and project plans.
  2. Coordinate with Business, Finance, and Risk stakeholders to facilitate the review processes.
  3. Deliver high-quality artifacts and responses for regulatory examinations and requests, ensuring accuracy in metrics and reports for senior management and governance committees.
  4. Support the issue management process, maintaining controls to guarantee the timeliness and accuracy of information presented to leadership.
  5. Assist in people management activities, including hiring and onboarding processes.
  6. Engage in the review and challenge of capital planning and business-as-usual capital management activities.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess 8-12 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector, ideally with a Tier-1 institution or regulatory body. A proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional programs is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and financial analysis tools is advantageous.

A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, especially in Capital Planning and Adequacy Processes, is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a detail-oriented and organized approach, are crucial for success in this role.

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with additional finance-related qualifications (CFA, CPA, FRM, PMP/PgMP) being beneficial.
