Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled leader to spearhead complex Lean Six Sigma (LSS) initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful coordination, communication, and execution of all project aspects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and shorten cycle times, followed by leading projects to realize these improvements.
  • Enhancing organizational capabilities by training and mentoring team members on Business Excellence methodologies, while providing guidance to Sponsors, Green Belts, and Kaizen candidates.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitating thorough analyses of opportunities and risks, identifying impacts, and providing actionable recommendations to the business.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership skills to develop strategic scenarios aligned with supply chain priorities.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and expectations effectively.
  • Executing continuous improvement initiatives to achieve service, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Supporting and motivating teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
  • Delivering training and coaching to sponsors, Black Belts, Green Belts, and Kaizen leaders within the team.
  • Implementing lean warehousing practices throughout logistics operations.
  • Leading a team capable of identifying and executing continuous improvement efforts to meet customer service, quality, and cost targets.
  • Providing reliable processes, data-driven problem-solving, and robust root cause analysis to support operational excellence.
  • Implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and conducting regular value stream mappings to enhance departmental efficiencies.
  • Leading multiple high-impact process improvement projects across the organization.

This role requires a significant commitment to continuous improvement, with a focus on reducing warehousing costs and cycle times while increasing efficiency.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of business experience, including at least 4 years in Lean Six Sigma.
  • A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
  • An accredited LSS Black Belt certification; PMP certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to evaluate project ROI.
  • Proven experience in leading LSS projects in both operational and transactional environments.
