Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Community Manager to join our team at Allied Residential. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our property, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall performance of the property, including rent collection, lease renewals, and resident relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on property performance and resident feedback.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of maintenance and administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and promote the property.
  • Manage the property's budget and financial performance, including forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of prior apartment management experience.
  • Assistant management experience may be considered.
  • HUD/Tax Credit experience.
  • Great customer service, leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Understanding and experience of LIHTC program.
  • Experience with Yardi accounting software preferred.
  • Well-rounded apartment management skill set.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment.
  • Consistent work history and verifiable references.
  • Ability to pass drug/background and reference check.
  • Valid driver's license.

  • $78,000 - $82,000 annually plus potential bonuses.
  • Full time employees earn 152 Hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year.
