Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Time Community Organizer to join our team. As a Community Organizer, you will play a critical role in engaging with voters and educating them on the importance of participating in the democratic process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Canvass in various locations across the country to educate voters on the importance of voting.
  • Develop strategic plans to reach registered voters in assigned locations.
  • Manage administrative duties, including reporting data, record keeping, and gathering of materials.
  • Work independently and hold self-accountable for time management and goal-setting.
  • Implement quality control and data security measures to ensure the integrity of the work.

Qualifications

  • Leadership experience and ability to self-motivate.
  • Eagerness to canvass several days a week.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong passion for community organizing and fostering civic engagement.
  • Track record of equity and inclusion.
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.
