Position Overview
RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Community Dietitian. This role involves a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Compensation:
$32.00-$38.00/hour

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Registered Dietitian is required.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Community Dietitian, you will be responsible for:


  • Gathering and assessing nutritional and medical histories, laboratory results, current medications, dietary orders, and nutritional plans to evaluate participants' nutritional requirements.
  • Proposing and executing nutritional strategies that support the management or enhancement of nutrition-related medical conditions.
  • Conducting comprehensive nutrition evaluations for participants in accordance with regulatory standards, aiding in the formulation of individualized care plans and service delivery requests.
  • Providing education to participants, their families, staff, and external providers on dietary practices, food safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • Recording relevant participant data in the electronic medical record (EMR) and updating the participant's care plan.
  • Monitoring meal services, including intake, dietary adherence, and tray accuracy, while analyzing data from food consumption and calorie counts to recommend necessary adjustments to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborating as part of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), participating in meetings, contributing to participant care planning, and communicating any changes in participant status to team members.
