- Manage and coach a team of sales agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and execute plans to capture new sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales agents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and manufacturer's reps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
