We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Weller sales team in the Western region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth in the Western region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and manufacturer's reps to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and coach a team of sales agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and execute plans to capture new sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales agents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and manufacturer's reps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
