We're a forward-thinking company in the solar energy sector, committed to driving change towards a sustainable future. As an HR & Operations Coordinator, you'll be part of a dynamic team that supports our corporate HR functions, office operations, and multidisciplinary team in Madison, WI.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities
  1. Assist in executing HR processes, such as onboarding, HR systems management, and open enrollment.
  2. Manage employee files and provide support with creating employment letters.
  3. Support event planning, including annual all-employee offsites and ad-hoc company-wide trainings.
  4. Contribute to recruiting efforts, including interview scheduling and reference checks.
  5. Manage the Human Resources email inbox and provide customer service to employees regarding HR policy questions.
  6. Take on other duties as assigned to support the HR Team.
Office Operations Support
  1. Oversee office supplies for the Madison office location.
  2. Coordinate purchase requisitions and tenant improvements for Madison Office.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, vendors, and building management.
  4. Support the Development team with mailers, community meeting coordination, and other solar project development tasks as needed.
  5. Maintain company vehicles.
  6. Routinely triage company voice messages to appropriate team members.
  7. Distribute incoming mail.
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or Human Resources.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  3. Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to establish trust with employees and manage sensitive information.
  5. Strong attention-to-detail and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Experience in delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  8. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  9. Demonstrated integrity, credibility, and sound decision-making.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer competitive compensation packages based on factors like experience, education, and skills. The estimated salary for this position is $49,600 - $55,400 per year, contingent upon experience and education.
