Summary:

Our client located downtown Madison is looking for a sharp Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a temp to hire basis. In this role you will be responsible for performing general administrative functions, assist with all administrative divisional processes and provides administrative support to human resources, Culture, Facilities Maintenance and Learning and Development teams as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, payroll, and data entry.

This position operates Monday-Friday between 8:00am-4:30pm paying $25+/hr. based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact for Administrative Division leaders, and employees.
  • Respond to employee questions and requests for information.
  • Assist the Learning and Development culture teams with scheduled training assignments, surveys, rosters, events and related communications.
  • Meeting scheduling, document and file management.
  • Open and process mail.
  • Order supplies.
  • Oversee employee events.
  • Assist with departmental reports, and data tracking for presentations.
  • Provide back up to front desk reception phones.
  • Assists with payroll processing.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in an office required.
  • HRIS and related technology systems, specifically ADP.
  • Knowledge of FMLA/ADA principals.
  • Knowledge of standard Talent Acquisition functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality.
  • Database management knowledge, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
