Lead the Way in Business Development

HANSON is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team. With 120 years of experience, we're a pioneer in our industry. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for learning our process and developing relationships with existing and new clients. You'll also lead a small team, training them to become experts in our systems and process, with the goal of advancing to the Agency Director role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring seamless execution of our process.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and process.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community and knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
