Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Hyundai of Auburn. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with our customers and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and establish follow-up appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
  • Contact customers based on current marketing incentives to generate dealership traffic
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-shows
  • Provide customers with initial information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience required; automotive BDC experience preferred
  • Available to work flexible hours and some Saturdays
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
