About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Par Pacific. As a key member of our fuel center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, smiling service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Retail Sales: Ring up all sales on our point-of-sale system, accurately handling cash and other forms of payment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, maintaining proper inventory levels, and conducting shift audits.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep and cleaning of equipment, identifying and reporting any issues as needed.
  • Teamwork: Work cohesively with other employees to maintain a positive work environment, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills, including accuracy with cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift, with frequent reaching, gripping, and finger dexterity required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
