Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming calls and digital inquiries, providing essential support to our members. You will assess their needs and guide them to the appropriate products and services.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recommend beneficial products and services to members, encouraging enhanced engagement with our offerings.
  • Perform various teller functions, including account management and transaction processing.
  • Assist members with online banking and bill payment services, ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
  • Respond to incoming calls, verifying member identity and addressing their needs efficiently.
  • Process loan payoff information and communicate effectively with relevant parties.
  • Support other departments as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.
  • Adhere to all applicable regulations and compliance standards.
