    • Accurately and efficiently process transactions, sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Offer personalized product recommendations to customers, enhancing their shopping experience
    • Ensure accurate pricing and ringing of merchandise, utilizing price overrides when necessary
    • Maximize sales opportunities, promoting products and services to customers
  • Store Operations
    • Maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area, adhering to visual standards
    • Ensure a seamless customer experience, resolving any issues or concerns
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to operate a POS system and lift up to 75 pounds
  • Availability
    • Full-time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business
    • Part-time associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend and two during the week
